Our CrossFit classes are designed to build strength, confidence, and teamwork in a safe, supportive environment. Program Overview

Who It’s For: Kids and teenagers aged 11–16 years old. We have one class a week on Friday afternoon for kids 8 y.o and up, older kids also welcome to attend this one.

Class Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

Friday 3:30pm 8 Years – 16 Years

Session Structure: Each session includes a warm-up, skill development, strength training, and conditioning workout.

Our program provides a full strength and conditioning curriculum, tailored to enhance the three pillars of fitness:

Monostructural Training: Improving cardiovascular endurance through running, rowing, and other aerobic activities.

Gymnastics: Developing body awareness, coordination, and mobility through movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and core work.

Weightlifting: Building strength and power with safe, progressive training techniques in Olympic lifts and resistance exercises.

Preparing for a Lifetime of Fitness

We believe that teaching teenagers how to train properly is the foundation for avoiding injury and excelling in physical activity. Our highly experienced coaches focus on:

• Proper technique and movement mechanics.

• Age-appropriate strength progressions.
